Description:

This spacious villa occupies an elevated position in the charming District Town of Tias, only a 10 minutes drive from the airport and the main resort of Puerto del Carmen. A perfect holiday retreat away from the busy tourist trail and still within minutes to all major attractions. Tias itself has a good number of fine restaurants, cafes, authentic tapas bars and a large supermarket with a good meat and fish section. The town also offers an open air theatre and all of this is only minutes away from your villa.

Your holiday will start as soon as you arrive at the villa Prazer, standing beside the pool and admiring the fine views to the sea and the island of Fuerteventura. The large terrace with dining facilities, build in barbeque and sun lounges for six is giving your total privacy from all the neighbouring villas.
The main entrance to the villa is at the poolside and is leading into the dining area, which adjoins the well-equipped kitchen, with a full oven, hob, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. From the dining area you can step down into the living room with comfortable furniture. There are French doors and a large picture window onto the pool and terraces. You can enjoy satellite TV (limited English programs), DVD, a Hi-If system, various books and games. The villa offers three good-sized bedrooms, two twins and a double bedroom. The master bedroom has French doors to a private terrace and an en suite bathroom. The other two twin rooms share the main bathroom. All in all a highly recommended holiday villa for up to six adults.
