Description:

Villa Mateo the perfect retreat for up to four persons and a child. This delightful two-bedroom bungalow set in its own walled grounds, offering a private heated pool with good size terrace, barbecue and dining area. Situated in “El Parque del Rey”, a fairly recent development of luxury villas close to the old village of Playa Blanca and its main beach.

The villa is built to a very high standard with quality fittings, and with its south facing pool and terrace is ideal for a perfect relaxing holiday. The comfortable lounge with the adjoining kitchen overlooks the terrace. You are offered a TV, DVD player with a minimum of 20 recent films, CD/radio/cassette, books and games.

The kitchen is well equipped too with full oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board and the usual electric appliances. Both bedrooms, one double and one twin facing the side and back of the villa, are fitted with good size wardrobes and a safe. A luxurious bathroom serves the two, and there is no need to bring a hairdryer.

Sub-tropical plants surround the villa and enhance your holiday feelings. There is ample space for alfresco dining with a traditional barbecue. Comfortable sun loungers with cushions are by the pool and you do not need to bring your towels. All in all a great deal of thought by the owners has been given to make your holiday a memorable one.

Prices are for two adults per week, any additional person is charged € 80.00 (£ 66.40*) Arrival from 2.00PM and departure not later than 10.00AM please.
Prices per week for 2 adults:

Low season from € 650.00 (£ 539.50*)
Mid season from € 750.00 (£ 622.50*)
High season from € 850.00 (£ 705.50*)
Christmas and New Years weeks on request.
To guarantee the reservation we require a deposit of 40% of your first weeks rental.
