Description:

This newly built spacious 2 storey villa which offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sun lounge which can easily double up as a fourth bedroom is the perfect holiday home for a family of eight. Situated in a quiet part of Costa Teguise with views across palm trees to the Atlantic Ocean. You are only 15 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Costa Teguise and the beach. The villa is set back from the road and the whole property is walled to give you maximum privacy. There is a front locking gate with intercom facility.
As soon as you enter you will feel immediately relaxed as you see the mosaic-tiled pool with its comfortable sun loungers and the inviting alfresco dining facilities. The pool of course is electrically heated with your ultimate comfort in mind. A pergola offers shade if you care to make use of the barbeque for your outside dining.

On entering the villa you arrive at the spacious living quarters, divided into lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge is furnished with a modern corner suite and offers satellite TV, and DVD with a minimum of 20 recent films, there are books and also board games for your use. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen can accommodate eight persons if required. As you would expect, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full oven, large fridge/freezer ceramic hob and all usual small appliances. Next to the kitchen you find a utility room with washing machine and a drying area. Leading from the living area there are two bedrooms, both have twin beds and share a large bathroom, with a bath/shower, and wc, The upstairs part of the villa has the master bedroom, and a sun lounge which has a comfortable double sofa bed and therefore could serve as a fourth bedroom. The master bedroom with its double bed has ample wardrobe space, with a built in safe and hairdryer, and its patio doors to the veranda offer uninterrupted views of the Atlantic.

The spacious veranda is also furnished for sunbathing. The sun lounge too has access to the veranda and can serve as a restroom where you and your family can enjoy a pre dinner drink and see the sun set in Lanzarote by listening to the music of your choice, when you make use of the CD and radio system. The second bathroom of the villa is also at this level and comprises of a shower, double washbasin, WC, and bidet. Villa Atlantica is serviced once a week, with a midweek towel change, additional poolside towels are provided to give you more luggage space. And as a welcome the owners are providing you with a complimentary bottle of wine, mineral water, milk as well as tea and coffee. Villa Atlantica is therefore a comfortable, well-equipped holiday home for up to eight people, and the villa is personally managed by the owners and has been highly recommended by previous guests.
