Description:

Sympathetically restored this 200 year old property retains many original features and rustic charm. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is luxuriously furnished throughout. Externally there are 2 large terraces (one of which is covered). There is also a built in BBQ. The large private salt water, chemical free and environmentally friendly swimming Whirlpool is solar/ electric heated. There is also a large jacuzzi next to the pool with views across the mountains to the sea.
A well equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room there too is a washing machine and iron and iron board.Great care has been taken to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.

Finca Bougain Villa is cared for locally by our British property Manager. The following services are included in your rental:

Bed linen changed once per week.
Towels changed twice per week.
Beach towels are also provided.
Mid- holiday Mini clean of property on fortnightly bookings.
A welcome pack is placed in the property ready for your arrival.
The following facilities are also available for your use:
Built in wall safe.
Cot, high chair & Pushchair available for a small charge.
Hair dryers available.
Wheel Chair Access to property (see note below)
The property has wheelchair access through the wide entrance doors, however there are some small stairs.
Flights can be arranged for you, as can a taxi pick up from the airport for the cost of 10.00 euros,

Charges are for two person per week, there maybe supplementary charges for special requirements:
Low season from € 935.00 (£ 776.05*) per week
Mid season from € 957.00 (£ 794.31*) per week
High season from € 1,015.00 (£ 842.45*) per week
Christmas & New years weeks from € 1,160.00 (£ 962.80*)
Any additional person pays € 124.00 (£ 102.92*)
A refundable damage deposit of € 145.00 (£ 120.35*) is required plus a 30% deposit of the first week to guarantee the reservation.
