Description:

If you are looking to have a stress free holiday and wishing to stay at a quiet location but still wanting to be close to Puerto del Carmen and its sea side attractions, then Casita Canaria is for you. This fine property nestles in the hills above Puerto del Carmen in the Canarian Village of La Asomada. You are only a 5 minutes drive away from the District Town of Tias, Lanzarote’s main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero.
Casita Canaria offers two bedrooms, one twin and one double, one bathroom, large lounge and fully equipped modern kitchen. Adjacent is a self contained studio with double sofa bed, shower room and small kitchen. This holiday home is perfect for a family with a grand parent or a family friend. Of course both units can be rented separately.
All bedrooms have good sized wardrobes with drawers and hanging space and two units have a built-in safe.
The spacious airy and light lounge with its full size sliding glass doors on to the upper private terrace has sunning sea views over the country side to the Atlantic. The lounge has dining facilities for 6 persons, a satellite TV with Spanish, German and (limited English programs)a DVD,- CD,- and radio player. You can also order an Internet connection via a 3.5 GB modem at €25 per week. Comfortable soft furnishings and ample reading material and games will give you pleasure while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
The modern kitchen offers full a electric oven,ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a washing machine. Apart from the usual electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster there are many more useful kitchen utensils provided.
Outside there are two terraces, the upper terrace is private and has a shaded area with seating facilities and has a lockable gate to keep small children away from the pool area. The lower terrace with the 8m. X 4m. solar heated salt water pool ( no chemicals are used in this pool) also offers sun loungers with thick cushions. The pool is private if the whole property is rented and only shared when the studio is let. In the cooler winter month the pool can be additionally electrically heated for a small charge of €80 per week. Here too you will fined a gas barbecue , and a dining area for six persons. The whole property is wall surrounded.

Price:

Prices are for two persons per week, for any additional person € 85.00 (£ 70.55*) is charged. There maybe additional charges for special requirements.One of the condition of booking this villa is that all members of your party have taken out adequate fully comprehensive insurance cover against cancellation, any possible medical expenses,loss or damage of personal items, injury/accident or personal liability claims.


Low Season from: € 550.00 (£ 456.50*)
Mid season from: € 650.00 (£ 539.50*)
High season from: € 800.00 (£ 664.00*)
For the Christmas, New Year and Easter week please add a further € 155.00 (£ 128.65*) on to the High seasons price.
To rent the studio on it's own for 2 person starts from €300,00 per week and in the high season from €450,00. If the studio is rented in conjunction with the casita, the price per week is only €150,00 per week.
