Description:

The proud owners of this fine property have furnished and decorated this villa to a very high standard for you to relax in comfort during your holiday. On entering you are led into a light and airy Lounge with comfotable sofas, which also offers TV, DVD, a tape player and Hi Fi units. There is a large selection of films and tapes available. Here too you can connect via WI Fi to the internet. Also there is a portable CD player for use around the pool.
A dining area ajoins the fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, granite work surfaces, electric oven/hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer and George Foreman type grill. You will find a good selection of utensils, crockery, glassware and plastic ware for use around the pool areas.
The villa offers 2 bedrooms, one twin bedroom with ajoining bathroom and one master bedoom with full en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has pateo doors to the upper terrace.A small safe is provided in one of the bedrooms and both are fitted with large builtin wardrobes.
Outside the villa you have a shaded area with dining table and chairs and for al fresco dining there is a gas barbeque provided. This spacious terrace has the best views across Puerto del Carmen to the sea and there is a lockable gate (for child safety) at the steps leading to the lower pool terrace.
The roman style private heated salt water pool is approx 6.6 x 3.3m with walk in steps, a pool blanket is fitted when not in use to help maintain the pool temperature, max 28 degrees. Four sun loungers with thick cushions and a parasol is provided also a storage box for the patio chair cushions. The patio furniture consists of a table, 6 chairs with cushions and 2 retractable awnings for shade when required. Outside in front of the villa the walkway gardens contain varieties of Bouganvilla, cacti, suculants and banana plants.
The holiday residence is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the main beach with its promenade, restaurants, bars and shopping areas. Should you feel lucky, Puerto del Carmen also provides a Grand Casino. Who knows, you might make Lanzarote your favourite holiday destination.

Price:

Seasonal charges are for two persons per week, there may be supplementary charges for special requirements.Any additional person pays € 65.00 (£ 53.95*)per week.
Changeover days are Thursdays during July - September. At other times of the year, an alternative changeover day can be booked upon request and availability. Last minute or "Early Bird" bookings please enquire for details.
