Description:

A pretty villa in a peaceful location ensures relaxation and comfort in this quiet area of Macher. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a spacious living/dining room are the main living quarters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc and we provide a generous welcome pack on arrival so you do not need to shop straight away.
There is a weekly maid service when the linen is changed and your bathroom towels are changed midweek. We also provide large beach towels for sunbathing.
Casa Mann offers satellite TV with a good choice of English programs, such as BBC1,2,ITV,and Channels4&5. There is a DVD , video, and radio/CD/tape player in the property together with games and books, which have a good turnover due to guests leaving what they brought and taking away those they have just started reading. In summer we can supply room fans and in winter, electric fires should it is cold at night. A cot and highchair can be provided on request.
The pool is heated by 3 solar panels on the roof, and is accessed by roman steps and a shower is situated next to the pool for convenience. There is a purpose built barbecue area on the terrace. The villa offers ample space for al fresco dining.
Casa Mann is accessed by steps up from the drive where there are plenty of parking spaces ,regrettable however the villa it is not suitable for wheelchair users. There are also a couple of steps within the villa itself.

Casa Mann is situated in country surroundings, 10 minutes drive from the airport, but the local supermarket, garage, tapas bar and restaurants are about 1 km away. Views from the property are down to the sea and Fuerteventura in one direction and across fields to mountains in the west, giving spectacular sunsets.
Hiring a car is essential and enables you to visit the islands many attractions and beaches. Puerto del Carmen with all the shops, restaurants and golden beaches is about 5 minutes drive away, as is the beautiful marina of Puerto Calero with its designer shops, bars, museum and restaurants. The villa is ideally situated for visiting the National Park, "Timanfaya" (Fire Mountain), the green lake at El Golfo and the wine museum and vineyards of La Geria where you can taste and purchase the local wines. A little further afield are many other attractions which Lanzarote has to offer, and are well worth visiting although one week may not be enough to see everything.
