The villa offers two good size twin and one double bedroom with two bathrooms, one is en suite.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and offers satellite TV (limited English programs) and a dining corner. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob ,a fridge freezer, and the fine porcelain may add to your enjoyment at your meal times. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
Outside you can enjoy a shady sitting area and the south facing sun terrace. The private roman style pool is solar heated, and can have additional electric heating in the cooler winter month at a weekly charge of £50.00. The pool area has comfortable teak sun loungers for your use, but you are requested to bring your own beach towels. The property is surrounded by a garden wall and enhanced by sub tropical plants.
For the more active person, PUERTO DEL CARMEN is within walking distance, but we would recommend you hire a car, especially if you want to see the natural beauty of Lanzarote.
