This fine large secluded residence with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura is situated in the sleepy village of Guime. The villa sleeps comfortably ten people in five attractively furnished bedrooms. There are two heated pools, one adult and one for children. You will be met, greeted and assisted with your luggage on arrival at the airport to give you a stress free start of your holiday. Puerto del Carmen, the main resort with its many fine restaurants, shops and bars is only a 10 minutes drive away, and so is the islands largest Hypermarket and shopping centre.

The villa offers two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, three twin bedrooms which share a further two shower rooms. The main lounge is open plan, with it’s high cathedral style wooden ceiling and large patio doors to the terraces, and is on two levels. On the upper level there is a well-equipped modern kitchen and adjoining that is an elegant dining area. Stepping down into the living room you can find satellite TV with a full Sky package, a CD and video player.
Going out on to the secluded terraces you can enjoy the 11 metre adult pool, which is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. A built-in barbeque with a dining area is inviting you to alfresco dining in the late warm evenings. The villa offers games and a separate terrace with a pool table, if the many attractions of Lanzarote do not temped you.
